Sand Hallow

Sand Hallow seems to be the spot for us this summer. We have been there twice in the past 2 weeks. We first went with Brays family and then with our friends. It is a great little reservoir! Here are some pics of us enjoying the water.

The family trip was so fun & relaxing, I know you are all wondering why I don't have any pics of me & my mad skills on the wake board but I ate it BIG time on the very first run and couldn't move my neck the rest of the trip! Typical thing for me to do. (Oh ya and I don't have ANY skills, what-so-ever!)

On the friend trip we spent one day at the lake...

The cute Flake fam, and no Jess is not a different nationality. Oh ya, if you zoom in you will be able to see that Tae is fully developed in the bust area at the age of 1! Thanks to her dad.

When we had enough of the lake we went to leave but got stuck in the sand..

On the way home we stopped off at a Wendy's like I have never seen..

I think that Wendy herself was a bit possessed!

It was such a fun little getaway that Bray & I couldn't leave without a souvenir so we decided to take home a bunch of this...

Yep, I think we had bed bugs! So the fun little trip is constantly on our minds because we can't stop itching!! All in all it was such a fun trip!

living up the summer life..

Sorry that I have been such a slacker lately on keeping up with the blog. We have just been busy enjoying the summer life! Here are a couple things that we have been up to..

What is a summer without a baseball game. Here we are cheering on the Bees.

We also went on a little weekend getaway to Park City. It was so fun to just relax and do a little shopping.

Happy 4th of July! We spent the week in St George with Brays family boating at Sand Hallow. It was so fun and finally felt like summer once we went out on the boat! I will try to post some pics from the trip soon. Hope all is well with everyone and you are all enjoying your summer while it lasts!

Enjoying the Outdoors

Since it FINALLY has started to feel like summer we decided to take advantage of it while it lasts. This past week we went on a bike ride up the canyon, although I was a bit hesitant to go with Bray due to past and not so pleasant experiences with him and biking. We also went to a drive-in movie (one of my favorite things to do in the summer!) and we decided to go camping with some friends for the weekend. It was so good to finally be able to go outside and not freeze!

And yes..my husband is a pyro and gets drunk off Mt. Dew!

Well it is official.. Bray is done with school! He just finished up his final semester at the University of Utah. He didn't want to make it a big deal so his Mom & I made it a big deal for him! We had a little surprise get together with the family and some close friends. It was so fun to have so many people there for Bray! I am so proud of him! Now we get to start grown up life..wish us luck!

Here is what we came out with this year at the Rogers Easter Egg Hunt!

Yes, my hubby did win first place in the Hunt for finding his eggs the quickest. Here he is showing off the winning prize...(don't worry he was practicing all morning and he even made me do a couple test runs to see if I could run and pick up quick enough in a dress.) Ya, he is pretty competetive when it comes to games.

It was so fun to have all the family together this Easter!

Welcome Baby Elle

While my sister was a bit occupied this week having this sweet little girl.

Bray and I got to act as Mommy and Daddy to this cute boy!
